OUR COMMITMENT TO INFECTION CONTROL

As Sydney Harbour’s premier cruise operator the health and safety of our guests and crew is our highest priority. As such we have implemented rigorous infection control procedures to ensure the safety, health and hygiene of everyone onboard.

CONTACTLESS BOARDING

Upon arrival of your cruise proceed directly to your designated wharf and boarding point.

Gangways and pontoons will be marked to indicate 1.5m distancing between groups.

Crew will conduct temperature checks for all guests at the boarding gangway.

Before being seated the digital boarding pass will need to be presented to the Cruise Director. (Either printed or in front of the digital boarding pass)

We encourage patrons to download the COVIDSAFE app.

HAND SANITISER

Hand sanitiser will be available at boarding points as well as multiple locations onboard the vessel.

Sanitising wipes will be available on request.

SAFE DINING

We will comply with NSW regulations for safe distancing of patrons with reduced vessel capacities.

Menus are included on your digital boarding pass to assist with contactless ordering.

All table settings will be polished and handled by staff wearing disposable gloves.

STAFF POLICY & TRAINING

All team members will undertake infection control training on commencement of employment.

Staff will be required to undertake mandatory temperature checks at the start of each shift.

ENHANCED CLEANING

Enhanced cleaning of the vessels will be carried out at regular intervals with a focus on high contact areas including bathrooms, bar tops and handrails etc.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENT

All patrons are encouraged to use contactless payment for all onboard payments.
