The entire experience was magnificent and worth every cent iam so glad I did a cruise and not a random restaurant there is more to see and it is such a unique experience the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond I saw they sung happy birthday for a lady that was so very kind and the staff should be so very proud they are just projecting kindness and professionalism in a beautiful way I hope each and every person that works on that boat knows how great and important they are

I wanted to share my showboat experience my group and I recently attended. Despite the drone show not taking place, we had an amazing time. The entertainment provided throughout the evening was fantastic. The food served was exceptional. Additionally, the backdrop of city lights added a beautiful ambiance to the entire experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time and wanted to commend the staff above all for a memorable evening.

Amy was a fantastic and attentive server! Multiple times during the short cruise she anticipated my needs and already had something (a new dish, a bottle refill) in hand as soon as I glanced up to checku for it. Amy, and other staff were extremely considerate and polite when me and two other guests lingered over dinner, still wrapping up our conversation after the boat had docked. She also handled rude patrons with grace and took specific menu requests in stride. Absolutely fantastic service!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Vivid Cruise on Sunday 9th June. The meal and service were excellent. The staff were very polite and friendly. We very much enjoyed the energy and talent of the dancers and the singer was a songbird. Such a beautiful voice! Our only complaint would be the closeness off the table settings. There was very little room to manoeuvre between tables to get out onto the deck. Congratulations to the captain for a very safe voyage, particularly navigating the myriad of boats.

My friend is usually hard to please as his tastes in Music and entertainement are very different from the majority of people and had poor experience of Vivid previously. He was absolutely ecstatic with this birthday surprise and raved about everything on the night:presentation and comfort to enjoy a great meal, the show captivated his attention and the Vivid drone Show was the icing on the cake, well done Showboat!!! What a Night with you!!

Fantastic service, attentive and friendly, with really delicious food - fine dining that was presented so well and in a. Set timely manner, with the absolute best view of Vivid! The boat did multiple laps and we were able to take beautiful photos. We had a wonderful night and felt that the entire experience was 5 stars . Would be very likely to do it again and highly recommend it to others. Thank-you to the great staff and see you next time. :)

The food presentation and taste was magnificent. The only suggestion we would make is for your bar to have available a nice port to complement the meal. If it had been available then it would have been the perfect finish to a great night.

Our family visited town to celebrate both our anniversary and my parents' anniversary, which falls a week apart. We chose a dinner cruise to enjoy VIVID and had three separate online bookings within the family, so we were concerned about not being seated together. Fortunately, the cruise director, Juliana, was absolutely incredible. She managed to arrange a table for all of us. The staff was attentive & helpful, even surprising us with a dessert for our anniversary. It was perfect!

Thank you for a wonderful experience. Our party thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The only suggestion we'd make is that perhaps there is a way to remind guests when the floor show is about to commence as when people are outside viewing the lights it's easy to forget the time & end up missing out on some of the Show inside.

I have never been to Sydney and was simply looking for something to do and walked past it and I asked the staff how it works and whether there were any seats left. I managed to book a seat straight away there and then got a front seat and which was amazing. I never do anything spontaneous or spoil myself but I absolutely loved the experience and would do it again in a heartbeat.

We celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary and decided to do a harbour cruise. This was a terrific decision as the boat, the staff, the food and the route taken was excellent. When we got guests from overseas or business meeting we sometimes use Show boat. We always enjoy it. Always give us good seats and we really appreciate it! We celebrated my sisters 50th birthday and the staff were very accommodating, friendly and fun in bringing out the birthday cake as we'd pre-arranged. Buffet meal was excellent and really good Harbour Views out all the windows. Overall the dinner cruise exceeded our expectations!

Last year did Captain Cook Cruises this year decided on the Showboat as something different and it was faboulous. Definitely do it again when visiting Sydney. Superior to other cruises. Staff and the entertainment girls were so friendly and lovely. Loved all the different outfits and the singer was really polished and great. A top quality show. 10/10.

It was absolutely fantastic. My sister and I were visiting from Bowen QLD. We left the boat absolutely gobsmacked with the service, the beautiful food and amazing entertainment. Lauren and her Foley's are the best. Definitely will be back to see them again. Thank you for a wonderful night.

I chose this cruise for my partners birthday as a surprise. Its our first time doing a dinner cruise and I must say how we were both pleasantly surprised at how wonderful everything was. Great food with excellent service, our server Kim was friendly and very helpful. We booked a table next to the window which gave us an awesome view all the time. We had the best time on this boat and seen many of Sydney's beautiful attractions and the sunset. We also took many good photos from the deck. It's a bit expensive but the experience is totally worth it. We would definitely recommend it.

We loved our evening on the Clear View cruise. Staff were so friendly, entrees, main & desserts were delicious. Staff brought my partners dessert over with a candle on top & sung Happy Birthday, that was a nice surprise. You could move around the boat safety at any time. It was perfect :)

She was on top of beverage refills and flow of service. Gigi went out of her way to make a personal connection with me and encouraged me to come back and cruise again. The show was exceptional. We have just been on two cruise ships (Royal Carribean & Holland America) and this show was by far our favourite. The performers were obviously enjoying entertaining us and both the singing and dancing routines exceeded anything we had seen in our previous 4 weeks of cruising on world class cruise ships. From the moment we boarded the staff treated us with a smile and were so very helpful. Our waiter, Kim was an absolute gem. He chatted, and ensured at all times everything we had was to our satisfaction. The vegetarian menu was delicious, the view spectacular and the time on the water was exactly as the brochure said. We will be back again and will share our experience with others. A prefect evening for my partner and I and a wonderful way to spend our last night in the city.

I had a wonderful experience with the cruise! The view was great, food was excellent but the best was the service and the music. We reall enjoyed listening to the live music by shiny things and Kim was fantastic in making our experience more memorable. Cannot fault this cruise experience! Meal was ready on boarding which mean't there was no waiting. This enabled us to take advantage of the beautiful views outside, although you could also see outside from the dining tables. Lunch was very fresh & cooked beautifully. We had our Staff Christmas party on the Clearview Glass Boat. The Dinner menu was delicious and we all had plenty to eat. The staff were lovely and very helpful as we had pre-ordered our mains. We had a couple of staff members that were 60 seconds away from boarding but the ship could not wait, so that was disappointing, but we do understand the cruise must run to a schedule.

We celebrated our work Christmas celeb. and everyone was pleased with everything. From the time of booking, everyone I have dealt with either via phone or email were very professional and accommodating. Instructions given are very helpful. Everyone made us feel very welcome. Ritik was the first person to look after our table and a young female with a beautiful smile who constantly made sure we are looked after (forgot to ask her name). The live music added to the occasion. Thank you

My daughter and I were holidaying from Adelaide for my birthday weekend and thought this was perfect way of celebrating and making a lovely evening of it. We weren’t disappointed. The staff, the entertainers, the food, the experience and the show was beautiful. We had a great seat upstairs mid centre so we could see perfectly but still have a quiet space. Stepping out on the deck and seeing the Sydney harbour in the evening was beautiful. It was a perfect magical experience.

A special thanks to Dennis and his team and also the gentleman who greeted us and helped us out at the warf for helping us get on the Showboat as we missed out on the Glass boat due to traffic. The staff were very courteous and attentive throughout the meal, even taking a commemorative photo of us as we were celebrating our 43 rd wedding anniversary. The scenic cruise around the harbour with commentary was very enjoyable.All in all a very pleasant experience.

We were all very impressed with the quality of the food (and that it arrived hot, not just warm). The staff were friendly and helpful. The Cabaret show was also very professional. Overall a fabulous night which was enjoyed equally by younger and older family members.

Loved the whole experience. There was a view from all parts of the vessel out to the water. Staff were so friendly especially the waitresses. The vessel loaded and departed and returned on time. The cabaret was excellent and well presented. Loved hte slow speed of the vessel gave a chance to see all the sights.

Loved the atmosphere and the show. It was a great show and Lauren if I’m not mistaken sing beautiful. I would suggest maybe to integrate more show to the audience, by that I mean more interaction or sing and dance between the customers. You know how to do it best. Anyway, I had an amazing time! Definitely would come back!

The food and drinks were exceptional! My mouth still waters thinking about the chicken main you served! The show was wonderful, especially the couples dance. The cruise staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Every time I thought about food or drink, staff were bringing something to my table, as if they could read my mind. I would 100% recommend others to experience a night out on your Show Boat Cruise! So many fun memories!

At first I was disappointed to be on the Showboat, as I had booked for a romantic dinner cruise, & was transferred. WOW what a great night it turned out to be. We had an absolute ball. The staff were incredibly friendly, & not in a fake way, the food was excellent, & although I'd normally prefer a Pink Floyd concert, the dancers & singer were amazing. All in all, one of the best nights we've had, & a massive thankyou to every one involved. I would definitely recommend this for a great night out.

While the food was delicious and the view was heavenly, it was the crew, especially the Magician Cruise Director Natalie who made this a Magical night. Suggestion: During picturesque scenes, give an announced 15 seconds of lights out darkness inside (or dim lights) to appreciate the outside view and take good outside pictures. Unable to click good photos of outside scenery due reflection of Bright lights & this experience is supposed to be about CLEARVIEW & not just about dinner.

I had an Argentinian cinematographer onboard whom I am currently dating - I wanted to show him Sydney harbour. We were both blown away by our cruising experience. It was faultless. The entertainment was particularly high class the women looked absolutely stunning and danced beautifully. The male dancer did an incredible job of handling the women so gently and we could see how trusted he was by the female dancers. This performance was the icing on the cake. You made me a proud Sydneysider.

We were thrilled with our dining and cruising experience on Friday evening, it was our last night in Sydney and it was an extremely enjoyable time out on the sparkling harbour. The meal was very impressive, of exceptional quality and served by attentive, pleasant staff. Absolutely adored the show! So entertaining and such a stellar cast!! As a performer myself I loved seeing the musical theatre numbers in there Blackbird and Roxanne and Can Can. Absolute classics and blackbird really blew me away. Congrats to the whole cast! Dinner was also absolutely fantastic and we had a lovely waitress Gigi who was great!

We have been 3 times in the past few months and planning on going again very soon! A wonderful evening on a beautiful boat. Table setting and restaurant was lovely, the service from staff was excellent and the entertainment was outstanding! Loved all the song and dance numbers, especially loved the Fosse number Blackbird - a classic that was done fabulously! Of course the French song and can-can was another favourite for us. Stunning dancers & singer with gorgeous costumes. Loved it!

Your show was excellent - great dancing, fantastic dancers, good singer, well chosen songs n dance routines, lovely costumes, chereography was very good. Lighting good but can be improved. Length of time of show n every performance was good - just nice - not too long. Food was good. One dessert the crumble with cream n fruits was not that good. Service of food was great. Service of drinks was good but can be improved. Waiters should let guests know what they are entitled to.

The experience went beyond our expectations. The staff were very friendly and attentive, particularly Cami who kept checking with us. The beverage package was excellent - loved the Harry’s pink moscato and the Shiraz with lots of water topups without asking. Boat was smooth and we had the window seats which were well worth getting. Access to going outside was easy. Plenty of toilets, no queuing! Lots of explanatory documents and information. Thoroughly recommended?

Overall, I really enjoyed the cruise, with regards to value for money, family friendly and the ambience. I also appreciated that I received a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, and that there was a bottle of white and red wine on the table, as I ordered the drinks package, which helped me relax, kick back and enjoy Mother's Day with my family. My husband and I are the fluent customers since few years, ever since we love this Showboat and dinner entertainment, we were told by the Manager Dennis according to their computer record we already 27th times visit the Showboat, we enjoy this night life entertainment, we know the whole Showboat dream from manager Dennis to the waiters and waitress, love the feeling, every time coming the Showboat live coming home. We strongly recommend this is the best entertainment place to go for good night.

We had a wonderful time on the cruise for Mum's birthday and we wanted to stay forever. We had a great spot and did not have to sit close to other groups. Natalie was so nice and hospitable, and even put a little candle on our dessert. Kudos to the chef as the food was the best I have had on a Sydney harbour lunch cruise, great range of fresh salads and all the hot food tasted great! Plenty of room on the boat and the perfect amount of commentary. Would definitely want to come back again! Thanks

Staff member is THE BEST, super helpful and super supportive. Natalia and the muslim girl ( sorry didn’t asked her name) were so live and provided extra ordinary customer service. The thing I liked the most is there is no No for anything in that cruise. You didn’t booked drinks you can order la carte, you need extra desert aak for it they will serve with a smile and saying let us know if you need anything else. 😇 The best time I had with my family in Sydney is on this cruise. We had one day to show a friend from the USA around Sydney and chose this cruise (because we usually do the Christmas lunch cruise so know how good it is) as the best way to experience the harbour. The staff and service were top class as always. Can't recommend this enough - especially as a one off special occasion during the week. And we discussed with the team that Christmas Carols are a must this year!

A most-enjoyable evening began with the pre-dinner drinks and canapes inclusion on the top deck / lounge. Window-table afforded us fabulous harbour views throughout dinner, and we enjoyed the freedom to relax in the upper deck lounge at any time it suited us throughout the evening. Entree, mains and dessert were well prepared and presented at our table without having to queue up at a buffet table like other cruises on offer. Highly recommended harbour cruise dining experience.

Very enjoyable lunch cruise, party of four and everyone said it was the best harbour lunch cruise they had been on. I know there are cheaper cruises but the little extra cost was reflected in the excellent quality of the menu and service. As per my previous comment I would have loved to have a coffee after my meal.

Have done other harbour dinner cruises but I was very impressed when I last visited Sydney & walk pass the row of boats .. yours stood out with its wonderful full glass windows. It was so impressive inside looking out from your table .. you could see the heights of the building & bridge / you could see out from both sides of the boat no matter where you were seated. The food was excellent. Staff so friendly. the route around the harbour with the lights was fabulous. will be recommending.

It was absolutely perfect for celebrating our honeymoon. We had such an amazing time; the food was fabulous and the entertainment was amazing. I don’t know how the dancers were able to keep up right when it was a bit choppy. Overall the best experience we have had in Sydney so far. I attended the cruise with my daughter as she had just turned 16. We drove from the Gold Coast to Sydney to clock up some hours for her learners permit. We’re staying in Sydney for a week and this was our first night. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The show was amazing, the harbour was superb and food staff were so impressive. From the time I spoke to Manuel in Customer Service I had a very good experience. Manuel was able to answer all my questions and gave me advise and help that would suit us, the different options for drinks package/bar tab etc. Our work group were all very impressed with the show, the talent on stage was wonderful. The music and dancers and singer were so good. The boat was wonderful, being able to go out on deck was great. The food was very impressive also. Everyone had a fantastic experience.

I would suggest having a buffet option on Clearview cruises just like the Magistic Cruises or at least be able to go for seconds from the Signature Menu since the food was absolutely delicious and mouth-watering, and considering the price paid.

It was a wonderful experience sailing on a Paddle Steamer. The views around the harbour were magnificent, helped along by the blood moon eclipse. The burlesque show was outstanding. We just think its a great experience, the night time view of Sydney is spectacular. Its a well run & organised venue. A very easy going and comfortable atmosphere, well presented all round. Well groomed staff and trained staff that are polite, curious and professional. There isn't anything around on Sydney Harbour that comes close to it. We think that without show dancers, It just wouldn't be the same. Keep the up the good work and as they say "the show must go on".

Performance extremely impressive. It was the key factor in our decision to use your service for a unique experience. the entire show, the music, and the cast. It perfectly fits the boat's concept. Overall, the experience was quite cost-effective. If I were to make a complaint, it would be that we feel the music is a little too loud because we are seated towards the front, a little too close to the stage. Additionally, we would like to see having more upgraded meal options. If it possible.

Something I loved was the information regarding the Sydney Harbour history through the speaker system. The views up close were amazing. The only thing I would like to suggest is, when the safety announcement comes over the speakers at the start of the journey the music should be turned off. What a experience. A great cruise with great views of Sydney harbour. The food was fantastic. And my wife and I enjoyed our time. The staff were great. I am looking forward to going on another cruise with you guys. I was thinking about a mothers day cruise next year. But I would suggest serving coffee and tea with biscuits and chocolates after our meals to finish off.It is nice to finish your meal with a nice cup of coffee or tea. Allso a nice bread rolls with butter to have with your meal.

WOW thankyou guys ... this showboat dinner cruise was absolutely fantasticwe have been looking at the show boat docked at the harbour for years and always thought it would be a great thing to do. We had booked for my husbands birthday in May on a Sunday, but it was cancelled, probably due to Covid19 and lack of tourists. We rebooked for our wedding anniversary in August. There was a little confusion about our prepaid drinks voucher. But the senior staff came over and we explained and she was amazing. The cruise coordinator for the day was lovely and very helpful. We want to book the cruise again for our daughter and her American husband in December when they visit.

It was varied and would have something for everyone. For me, it took off with the tango, and the Piaf song was a high point. The ship's crew that I met were friendly and helpful and explained things about the boat. I love being on the water.

This was much better than I expected the dinner was great and filled us up. Show was good and the way the ship went around harbour gave you heaps of time to take photos at iconic spots. Well thought out. You might want to add Mocktails to the drinks menu as my partner likes non-alcoholic drinks. Also tea/coffee after dinner might be a nice touch.

WOW... Was recommended this cruise to see vivid in an amazing atmosphere. The Matradee was exceptional. The performance are some of the best I've seen. I felt like I was back at the Moulin Rouge however with more space on this boat. Such an asset and two fabulous performances. Gosh the talent was amazing. A night too remember.

WE CAME TO SYDNEY FOR OUR SONS 50TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION PLUS TO CATCH UP WITH MY BROTHER. MY HUSBAND, BROTHER AND MYSELF REALLY ENJOYED THE FIRST NIGHT OF THE VIVID FESTIVAL ONBOARD THE SYDNEY SHOWBOAT. THE 3 COURSE DINNER WAS VALUE FOR MONEY AND THE SHOW WAS FIRST CLASS. WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED CRUISING THE HARBOUR TAKING LOTS OF PHOTOS OF THE AMAZING LIGHTS, ESPECIALLY THE SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE. THE ONLY AREA THAT COULD BE IMPROVED IS THE SPEED OF THE DRINK SERVICE.

We found the service from staff and the food to be quite exceptional. We were very fortunate to have seats closer to the front of the boat (thought it got a bit chilly when the door was opened, but we were fine with that). We also had the drinks package and all of us enjoyed the range of drinks available. The boat itself was awesome especially they we it handled the waves on the harbour. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

On arrival we were greeted warmly. The boat was inviting with nice decor. We were seated by a smiling team member, our starters we’re waiting as we were seated. The show was very professional considering the space they had to work in. All in excellent value and would highly recommend. This is a good value experience for all ages.

We enjoyed the food and the fact that it was served to us and we didn’t need to line up. The spacing of the tables was great and we didn’t feel like we were crammed in like sardines. The only thing I would suggest is that maybe some commentary would have been good. It helps to know where you are and what you are looking at.

Our first cabaret and first cruise tonight and both my wife and I were completely in awe with the entertainment 👍 From the canapés that greeted us, to the brilliance of Erins voice and the whole cast , getting the audience involved and the friendliness of crew on the boat was nothing short of an amazing experience for us. We all thoroughly enjoyed the night and couldn’t fault anything. The little extras that were added to make my daughters birthday extra special will be unforgettable for her and myself. I loved that there was the option to take incredible photos from the top viewing deck. We booked over the phone and was not asked about any dietary requirements or if there was a special occasion, which I would have said yes to both. However this was solved quickly and easily on the boat.

We had the best harbour cruise! We absolutely cannot fault our Clearview lunch cruise. The staff were so lovely and attentive and always helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful. Our son loved the garlic bread and the staff were happy bring him another slice. Our daughter was on crutches and without even asking, the waiter showed us to the ladies bathroom with disabled access for her, as soon as we arrived. Thank you so much, we had such a lovely day and look forward to booking again!

It was good to be back on the original Showboat on which we had a lot of happy dinner/show cruises on, many ears ago when we lived in Sydney in our younger years.Now living at the Central Coast and in our retirement years, the two hour each way return train trip to Darling Harbour and back was worth every minute.As was the case many years ago, the value for money and the entire cruise experience was fabulous.

I was very happy with the entire experience including speaking with both Betty and Paula in the office. The evening was perfect and was a success. The meals were all divine and delicious. The only issue we had was with the dairy products. The fresh cream on the desert tasted a little off and so did the cheeses on my cheese platter. It tasted warm and not like they should so we didn't eat the dessert and the cheese platter I purchased as an upgrade. That was disappointing as I paid extra.

We had a good time on board, staff was excellent and very sweet. I booked for a vegetarian menu and the staff was not aware of that and we had no dinner, however the staff were very thoughtful and managed to get us meals to have for dinner and we loved the food quality. It was my partner's birthday celebration and I booked the cruise to surprise him. The cruise was really good.

This cruise exceeded our expectations by far. The views of the harbour were wonderful and our table was positioned in a lovely spot. Nice areas to view the harbour from outside too. The food was also amazing. Will definitely be back!

All 6 of us had a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone! Some small feedback: - we had Indian people in our group who love spicy food. It would be great if you also had chilli powder available to sprinkle onto the food (by the way, they loved the white fish which they hadn’t had before and also were pleasantly surprised that the butter chicken wasn’t sweet) - both bottles of liquid soap was used up in the bathroom so we just had to wash hands with water Our team want to come back again!

We are fluent Custumers —- myself and my husband both love this show boat cruise so much, feeling like we are in Las Vegas or France, we been travel around the world, in this show boat cruise it combined—- Show and Cruise together, so we are the fluent customers since about 5 years ago, also service are very excellent, so that we book our Christmas lunch For us for 2021 already as usual nearly every years except the locked down time, I highly recommend this show boat cruise.

Had an incredible night. Sydney Harbour is spectacular. The performance onboard was very entertaining, the outfits were stunning. . The seating plan was well arranged. The meal exceeded my expectations. All the staff were so sweet. Definitely recommend it. Definitely value for money

Absolutely incredible experience! Worth every cent! Loved that the boat offered views from everywhere you stand, and no other experience would provide the view we got, even better we got so lucky to see fireworks as well. An amazing night I will always remember. I will recommend this experience to everyone I know!

Ioriginally booked the dinner cruise but was transferred to the showboat cruise. I’m so glad we were! We thoroughly enjoyed the showboat experience! I was a dance mum for 25 years and my daughter a dancer and dance teacher, so we loved the show and fully appreciated the performers skill, effort and how hard some of the routines were to do normally let alone on a moving ship!! We were on the cruise to celebrate a successful wedding dress shopping trip and this experience finished it beautifully

Amazing service and friendliness but a bit disappointed to have to share entree salad and desert. The main was however excellent with decent portion and the wine and champagne was also very good. I would have loved a bit of ambiance music (piano bar style) but we loved free space and being able to take photos from the mezzanine/top deck We would be back for more. We did the showboat a few months ago and it blew our mind away. We will keep coming we love you guys world class service 👍

Well, I have create a great memories and exciting experience in the cruise. Everything was good; food, presentation, live show, service and people. However, I feel like the time is little low, I mean 3 hours is not enough to celebrate the party. Maybe 1 more extra hour would be great so that we can spend more time with our partner and friends, enjoying the live best show and breezy wind of Sydney.

We were visiting Sydney from Geelong to celebrate my husbands birthday. We loved being able to take the cruise so close to all the landmarks like Luna Park,the Bridge and the Opera House. We took so many great photos and videos to capture the experience. The dancers were incredibly professional I was in awe of the costume changes and choreography. Thanks for the experience.

Hello there, My partner and I really loved our cruise, it was a surprise 30th birthday gift. We already thought it would be a great experience, then the night before, I was emailed that we got upgraded, which made our day even better. The food was delicious and plenty, the staff were friendly and really looked after us. Loved that we could go up on the deck on the top as well. All in all great few hours, bought one ticket for my great uncle and his wife as well and they enjoyed it just as much.

I was transferred onto this boat and, because of dietary intolerances, could not have many of the food options on the cruise. However, even though they were not prepared for this, the boat and kitchen crew went out of their way to provide me a suitable course to match each of the courses my husband received. The pre-booking service was excellent, efficient and informative as I was organising from interstate. Thank you. There were some VERY rude people around us as we lined up to board, they were yelling and pushing and it was very uncomfortable to be around but the staff handled them perfectly and put us at ease. Thank you. We had a last minute cancellation of two people and the price was transferred to a bar tab without question, I was very impressed, Thank you. We had a lovely cruise.

The boat provided open views. Dining - incredibly fresh - small but elegant portions It was impeccably clean and obviously hygienic staff seen cleaning the common areas giving confidence that our covid safety was a priority. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and understand that due to COVID restrictions you may be limited economically as to how many staff you are able to have. We had to ask several times for drink service and feel it would be more beneficial for all to address this. All in all a wonderful experience

Can i just say we were so impressed with the food. It was my dads birthday and we chose to Dine with friends. We couldn't get over the quality and the portion size. We will definitely be back. I failed to mention it was my dads birthday so missed out on a sparkler, that's ok not to worry, next time. Please tell your chefs and Kitchen staff to keep doing what they are doing. It was trust amazing.

I Would have liked some commentary on the places we were sailing past. Even though I live in Sydney I really didn’t know most of the places we were passing. Even if we had an information sheet on the table with some sort of illustrations I think would have made it even more pleasurable.It was a great trip

We all had a fantastic night on the Showboat, the whole experience was memorable and well worth the wait. Originally we had booked for my actual 60th Birthday-28th March 2020. Covid put an end to this date, you had glacially given us a refund. We had also booked accommodation at The Star which we had to give a future date for, that is why we chose to come last weekend, we finally completed the whole weekend as it was originally intended to be. Thank you again for wonderful memories great service

We couldn't of asked a better way to spend our wedding anniversary. Being greeted by the captain and served upon by friendly waiters was very welcoming. The food not only looked great but tasted amazing. Would definitely go again and recommend it to others.

Found this cruise on a darling harbour website. Drinks package was a great addition. Food quality excellent. Fantastic staff, particularly the elder gentleman who was the COVID officer - he addressed us by name (a nice touch!) and was very attentive, and he took some great photos for us. No complaints. Will do this again if we ever find ourselves with a spare night in Sydney (we are from interstate).
