We celebrated our work Christmas celeb. and everyone was pleased with everything. From the time of booking, everyone I have dealt with either via phone or email were very professional and accommodating. Instructions given are very helpful. Everyone made us feel very welcome. Ritik was the first person to look after our table and a young female with a beautiful smile who constantly made sure we are looked after (forgot to ask her name). The live music added to the occasion. Thank you

My daughter and I were holidaying from Adelaide for my birthday weekend and thought this was perfect way of celebrating and making a lovely evening of it. We weren’t disappointed. The staff, the entertainers, the food, the experience and the show was beautiful. We had a great seat upstairs mid centre so we could see perfectly but still have a quiet space. Stepping out on the deck and seeing the Sydney harbour in the evening was beautiful. It was a perfect magical experience.

A special thanks to Dennis and his team and also the gentleman who greeted us and helped us out at the warf for helping us get on the Showboat as we missed out on the Glass boat due to traffic. The whole team was very professional and worked like a well oiled machine. Very impressed with everyone's customer service. The staff were very courteous and attentive throughout the meal, even taking a commemorative photo of us as we were celebrating our 43 rd wedding anniversary. The scenic cruise around the harbour with commentary was very enjoyable.All in all a very pleasant experience.

We were all very impressed with the quality of the food (and that it arrived hot, not just warm). The staff were friendly and helpful. The Cabaret show was also very professional. Overall a fabulous night which was enjoyed equally by younger and older family members.

Loved the whole experience. There was a view from all parts of the vessel out to the water. Staff were so friendly especially the waitresses. The vessel loaded and departed and returned on time. The cabaret was excellent and well presented. Loved hte slow speed of the vessel gave a chance to see all the sights.

Loved the atmosphere and the show. It was a great show and Lauren if I’m not mistaken sing beautiful. I would suggest maybe to integrate more show to the audience, by that I mean more interaction or sing and dance between the customers. You know how to do it best. Anyway, I had an amazing time! Definitely would come back!

Would recommend this cruise 100%. Food exceeded our expectations ten fold. Food was sensational. Crew were very friendly and attentive from start to finish. The views were incredible. An absolute must do while in Sydney. Alcohol charges were fair and reasonable.

We had Kim as our main waiter tonight & he was absolutely amazing no task or request was too much for him he was so friendly & always smiled. Best service. Big shoutout to the entire kitchen team, including all the waiters. Food was incredible. The show was awesome! Loved the Moulin Rouge tributes! Staff were amazing, was feeling nervous about being solo but Juliana and (probably not spelling his name right) and felipe (what we would call Phillip here) were inviting and appeared to make extra effort. Felipe remembered my name during the cruise, and juliana made conversation at the bar and went above just generic small talk. We’ve always enjoyed our cruises on the harbour love Sydney harbour I love the city beautiful and mostly always a lovely day .. nothing to complain about we’ve also enjoyed a couple of Christmas Day lunch cruises they’re really good a great day so relaxing don’t want to get off like yesterday too.. we’re cruisers too the big ships now we’re looking at another cruise to NZ after Christmas your lunch cruise inspired that so thanks for that and a lovely day you do a great job, good value.

The food and drinks were exceptional! My mouth still waters thinking about the chicken main you served! The show was wonderful, especially the couples dance. The cruise staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Every time I thought about food or drink, staff were bringing something to my table, as if they could read my mind. I would 100% recommend others to experience a night out on your Show Boat Cruise! So many fun memories!

At first I was disappointed to be on the Showboat, as I had booked for a romantic dinner cruise, & was transferred. WOW what a great night it turned out to be. We had an absolute ball. The staff were incredibly friendly, & not in a fake way, the food was excellent, & although I'd normally prefer a Pink Floyd concert, the dancers & singer were amazing. All in all, one of the best nights we've had, & a massive thankyou to every one involved. I would definitely recommend this for a great night out.

While the food was delicious and the view was heavenly, it was the crew, especially the Magician Cruise Director Natalie who made this a Magical night. Suggestion: During picturesque scenes, give an announced 15 seconds of lights out darkness inside (or dim lights) to appreciate the outside view and take good outside pictures. Unable to click good photos of outside scenery due reflection of Bright lights & this experience is supposed to be about CLEARVIEW & not just about dinner.

I had an Argentinian cinematographer onboard whom I am currently dating - I wanted to show him Sydney harbour. We were both blown away by our cruising experience. It was faultless. The entertainment was particularly high class the women looked absolutely stunning and danced beautifully. The male dancer did an incredible job of handling the women so gently and we could see how trusted he was by the female dancers. This performance was the icing on the cake. You made me a proud Sydneysider.

Absolutely adored the show! So entertaining and such a stellar cast!! As a performer myself I loved seeing the musical theatre numbers in there Blackbird and Roxanne and Can Can. Absolute classics and blackbird really blew me away. Congrats to the whole cast! Dinner was also absolutely fantastic and we had a lovely waitress Gigi who was great!

We have been 3 times in the past few months and planning on going again very soon! A wonderful evening on a beautiful boat. Table setting and restaurant was lovely, the service from staff was excellent and the entertainment was outstanding! Loved all the song and dance numbers, especially loved the Fosse number Blackbird - a classic that was done fabulously! Of course the French song and can-can was another favourite for us. Stunning dancers & singer with gorgeous costumes. Loved it!

Your show was excellent - great dancing, fantastic dancers, good singer, well chosen songs n dance routines, lovely costumes, chereography was very good. Lighting good but can be improved. Length of time of show n every performance was good - just nice - not too long. Food was good. One dessert the crumble with cream n fruits was not that good. Service of food was great. Service of drinks was good but can be improved. Waiters should let guests know what they are entitled to.

We were impressed initially by the price, secondly the timing suited us. The cruise was fantastic covering the sights of Vivid, we had been walking around the city and the cruise saved our aching feet. I think the view of the lights and the drone show were much clearer from the harbour rather than being jostled by the crowds. Thank you Majestic, we will join you again.

The experience went beyond our expectations. The staff were very friendly and attentive, particularly Cami who kept checking with us. The beverage package was excellent - loved the Harry’s pink moscato and the Shiraz with lots of water topups without asking. Boat was smooth and we had the window seats which were well worth getting. Access to going outside was easy. Plenty of toilets, no queuing! Lots of explanatory documents and information. Thoroughly recommended?

We had a wonderful time on the cruise for Mum's birthday and we wanted to stay forever. We had a great spot and did not have to sit close to other groups. Natalie was so nice and hospitable, and even put a little candle on our dessert. Staff member is THE BEST, super helpful and super supportive. Natalia and the muslim girl ( sorry didn’t asked her name) were so live and provided extra ordinary customer service. The thing I liked the most is there is no No for anything in that cruise. You didn’t booked drinks you can order la carte, you need extra desert aak for it they will serve with a smile and saying let us know if you need anything else. 😇 The best time I had with my family in Sydney is on this cruise. A most-enjoyable evening began with the pre-dinner drinks and canapes inclusion on the top deck / lounge. Window-table afforded us fabulous harbour views throughout dinner, and we enjoyed the freedom to relax in the upper deck lounge at any time it suited us throughout the evening. Entree, mains and dessert were well prepared and presented at our table without having to queue up at a buffet table like other cruises on offer. Highly recommended harbour cruise dining experience.

I know there are cheaper cruises but the little extra cost was reflected in the excellent quality of the menu and service. Have done other harbour dinner cruises but I was very impressed when I last visited Sydney & walk pass the row of boats .. yours stood out with its wonderful full glass windows. It was so impressive inside looking out from your table .. you could see the heights of the building & bridge / you could see out from both sides of the boat no matter where you were seated. The food was excellent. Staff so friendly. the route around the harbour with the lights was fabulous. will be recommending.

What a wonderful day we had on the harbour,excellent service,attentive & friendly staff,the most delicious food.We could not fault our experience,we will definitely be back. And can I also add when I rang to book I spoke to Betty John and she was so lovely and helpful,I asked to be seated next to my sister who had already booked her lunch cruise,and she said she will arrange that and she did exactly that,we were all seated together. Absolutely loved our lunch cruise today. The boat was immaculate, and so beautifully set out. All the staff members were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Natalie in particular was brilliant! It was absolutely perfect for celebrating our honeymoon. We had such an amazing time; the food was fabulous and the entertainment was amazing. I don’t know how the dancers were able to keep up right when it was a bit choppy. Overall the best experience we have had in Sydney so far. I attended the cruise with my daughter as she had just turned 16. We drove from the Gold Coast to Sydney to clock up some hours for her learners permit. From the time I spoke to Manuel in Customer Service I had a very good experience. Manuel was able to answer all my questions and gave me advise and help that would suit us, the different options for drinks package/bar tab etc. Our work group were all very impressed with the show, the talent on stage was wonderful. The music and dancers and singer were so good. The boat was wonderful, being able to go out on deck was great. The food was very impressive also. Everyone had a fantastic experience.

I would suggest having a buffet option on Clearview cruises just like the Magistic Cruises or at least be able to go for seconds from the Signature Menu since the food was absolutely delicious and mouth-watering, and considering the price paid.

It was a wonderful experience sailing on a Paddle Steamer. The views around the harbour were magnificent, helped along by the blood moon eclipse. The burlesque show was outstanding. We just think its a great experience, the night time view of Sydney is spectacular. Its a well run & organised venue. A very easy going and comfortable atmosphere, well presented all round. Well groomed staff and trained staff that are polite, curious and professional. There isn't anything around on Sydney Harbour that comes close to it. We think that without show dancers, It just wouldn't be the same. Keep the up the good work and as they say "the show must go on".

We had our cousin from USA The staff were excellent especially the lady that was ticking our names of the list unfortunately didn’t catch her name. I would like to recommend the option to purchase tea / coffee. I will definitely be recommending this particular cruise.

Buffet lunch was also a draw card. My wife's first visit to Sydney, a surprise lunch cruise. I didn't find anything to complain about, all staff great and lovely food and cruise. I have already posted photos on Facebook, including your vessel with name of company. I will reccommend your cruise to others.

We had chosen another cruise but it was cancelled so we were transferred to the Showboat Cruise and I’m glad we were. The whole night was fantastic. We loved every minute of it. I will be coming again with my husband next time we are in Sydney. Thank you so much for a fabulous evening.

Performance extremely impressive. It was the key factor in our decision to use your service for a unique experience. the entire show, the music, and the cast. It perfectly fits the boat's concept. Overall, the experience was quite cost-effective. If I were to make a complaint, it would be that we feel the music is a little too loud because we are seated towards the front, a little too close to the stage. Additionally, we would like to see having more upgraded meal options. If it possible.

We really enjoyed the lunch time cruise. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and kept checking to make sure we were happy with the food and if we needed any help. When the dessert arrived with a candle in the cake for my husband, it was a special treat. Thankyou to everyone. And we enjoyed the tour around the harbour while we ate our meal. We will highly recommend the lunch time cruise to our family and friends.

We loved the cruise. We were lucky it wasn’t very busy so could freely move around, taking in the amazing views around the harbour. The food was great, as was the service. The unexpected fireworks at the opera house was something we’ll never forget. Thank you!

Something I loved was the information regarding the Sydney Harbour history through the speaker system. The views up close were amazing. The only thing I would like to suggest is, when the safety announcement comes over the speakers at the start of the journey the music should be turned off. I had a hard time hearing what was being said. We will highly recommend your services.

I had a problem with the wine served in the package and asked the server for a different wine, which I was happy to pay for. She referred me to Inda, who fixed the problem immediately. Inda is a fine example of a perfect pr employee, She is charming, efficient, and goes the extra mile!! I believe that she alone will be responsible for many return customers. What a experience. A great cruise with great views of Sydney harbour. The food was fantastic. And my wife and I enjoyed our time. The staff were great. I am looking forward to going on another cruise with you guys. I was thinking about a mothers day cruise next year. But I would suggest serving coffee and tea with biscuits and chocolates after our meals to finish off.It is nice to finish your meal with a nice cup of coffee or tea. Allso a nice bread rolls with butter to have with your meal.

WOW thankyou guys ... this showboat dinner cruise was absolutely fantasticwe have been looking at the show boat docked at the harbour for years and always thought it would be a great thing to do. We were right, we are from the bush and just love sydney harbour so when the opportunity came up fir a short break away presents itself we took it. FANASTIC show Molly and her amazing voice were spectacular. The dancers are so enthusiastic and obviously love their job. WELL DONE .... WE WILL BE BACK

We had booked for my husbands birthday in May on a Sunday, but it was cancelled, probably due to Covid19 and lack of tourists. We rebooked for our wedding anniversary in August. There was a little confusion about our prepaid drinks voucher. But the senior staff came over and we explained and she was amazing. The cruise coordinator for the day was lovely and very helpful. We want to book the cruise again for our daughter and her American husband in December when they visit.

The staff and manager were extremely helpful assisting us with accommodating some dietary issues on the day.(my error). I was very impressed with their ability to accommodate us at such short notice. I would like to suggest however that it be made clearer on the website that vegetarian requirements be requested at time of booking. We joined the cruise for my mother's 80th birthday and she had the most wonderful time. The whole experience was fantastic, from the boat itself, clean and beautifully presented to the food and service. The party was very impressed with the quality and freshness of the lunch, it was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent. Flynn was courteous, attentive and provided great customer service. I enjoyed all aspects. The young women waiting on tables were most attentive and pleasant. They interacted with me well and provided excellent service. I enjoyed the show. It was varied and would have something for everyone. For me, it took off with the tango, and the Piaf song was a high point. The ship's crew that I met were friendly and helpful and explained things about the boat. I love being on the water.

This was much better than I expected the dinner was great and filled us up. Show was good and the way the ship went around harbour gave you heaps of time to take photos at iconic spots. Well thought out. You might want to add Mocktails to the drinks menu as my partner likes non-alcoholic drinks. Also tea/coffee after dinner might be a nice touch.

We love the Showboat, been join this Showboat about 4 years, especially the manager Denies so nice to his customers, and service is excellent, the Show is bit like the Show that we seen in Paris (France) like the international level, without going overseas in this time. My husband and I enjoy every moment even the food is very nice at the same time looking at the beautiful harbour view, it make us so nice and happy, I strongly recommend to join this happy experience. We had trouble downloading the app for when drinks, one of your friendly staff members helped us with it. The issue might have been the age of our mobile phone. Perhaps an idea for booking next time we can have a pre paid option for drinks or can purchase drink credits when booking online. The paddle boat show boat is a wonderful opportunity to step back in time. We loved it. We also like the romantic setting for dinner and the beautifully selected music. I was table 26 on the evening of the 8/6/22 my waiter needs to be commended for his efficiency and attention to detail. Bella was also a young lady who represents your company with great integrity. I watched how well she managed guests quirky requests with exceptional skill. Dancers were amazing. Captain and his crew were also exceptional in the way they steered the boat to ensure awesome views and photo opportunities. Keep up the amazing work team.

WOW... Was recommended this cruise to see vivid in an amazing atmosphere. The Matradee was exceptional. The performance are some of the best I've seen. I felt like I was back at the Moulin Rouge however with more space on this boat. Such an asset and two fabulous performances. Gosh the talent was amazing. A night too remember.

We found the service from staff and the food to be quite exceptional. We were very fortunate to have seats closer to the front of the boat (thought it got a bit chilly when the door was opened, but we were fine with that). We also had the drinks package and all of us enjoyed the range of drinks available. The boat itself was awesome especially they we it handled the waves on the harbour. We all thoroughly enjoyed the night and couldn’t fault anything. The little extras that were added to make my daughters birthday extra special will be unforgettable for her and myself. I loved that there was the option to take incredible photos from the top viewing deck. We booked over the phone and was not asked about any dietary requirements or if there was a special occasion, which I would have said yes to both. However this was solved quickly and easily on the boat.

Our son loved the garlic bread and the staff were happy bring him another slice. Our daughter was on crutches and without even asking, the waiter showed us to the ladies bathroom with disabled access for her, as soon as we arrived. It was good to be back on the original Showboat on which we had a lot of happy dinner/show cruises on, many ears ago when we lived in Sydney in our younger years.Now living at the Central Coast and in our retirement years, the two hour each way return train trip to Darling Harbour and back was worth every minute.As was the case many years ago, the value for money and the entire cruise experience was fabulous.

I was very happy with the entire experience including speaking with both Betty and Paula in the office. The evening was perfect and was a success. The meals were all divine and delicious. The only issue we had was with the dairy products. The fresh cream on the desert tasted a little off and so did the cheeses on my cheese platter. It tasted warm and not like they should so we didn't eat the dessert and the cheese platter I purchased as an upgrade. That was disappointing as I paid extra.

We had a good time on board, staff was excellent and very sweet. I booked for a vegetarian menu and the staff was not aware of that and we had no dinner, however the staff were very thoughtful and managed to get us meals to have for dinner and we loved the food quality. It was my partner's birthday celebration and I booked the cruise to surprise him. The cruise was really good.

All 6 of us had a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone! Some small feedback: - we had Indian people in our group who love spicy food. It would be great if you also had chilli powder available to sprinkle onto the food (by the way, they loved the white fish which they hadn’t had before and also were pleasantly surprised that the butter chicken wasn’t sweet) - both bottles of liquid soap was used up in the bathroom so we just had to wash hands with water Our team want to come back again!

Ioriginally booked the dinner cruise but was transferred to the showboat cruise. I’m so glad we were! We thoroughly enjoyed the showboat experience! I was a dance mum for 25 years and my daughter a dancer and dance teacher, so we loved the show and fully appreciated the performers skill, effort and how hard some of the routines were to do normally let alone on a moving ship!! We were on the cruise to celebrate a successful wedding dress shopping trip and this experience finished it beautifully

Amazing service and friendliness but a bit disappointed to have to share entree salad and desert. The main was however excellent with decent portion and the wine and champagne was also very good. I would have loved a bit of ambiance music (piano bar style) but we loved free space and being able to take photos from the mezzanine/top deck We would be back for more. We did the showboat a few months ago and it blew our mind away. We will keep coming we love you guys world class service 👍

However, I feel like the time is little low, I mean 3 hours is not enough to celebrate the party. We were visiting Sydney from Geelong to celebrate my husbands birthday. We loved being able to take the cruise so close to all the landmarks like Luna Park,the Bridge and the Opera House. Hello there, My partner and I really loved our cruise, it was a surprise 30th birthday gift. We already thought it would be a great experience, then the night before, I was emailed that we got upgraded, which made our day even better. The food was delicious and plenty, the staff were friendly and really looked after us. Loved that we could go up on the deck on the top as well. All in all great few hours, bought one ticket for my great uncle and his wife as well and they enjoyed it just as much.

The pre-booking service was excellent, efficient and informative as I was organising from interstate. Thank you. There were some VERY rude people around us as we lined up to board, they were yelling and pushing and it was very uncomfortable to be around but the staff handled them perfectly and put us at ease. The Show is very entertaining, staffs and management are very nice and professional, we are the Showboat fans been few years, all kinds of occasions like — Christmas lunch, birthdays, also last time was our 10 years Anniversary 21st May 2021 etc... luckily we got upgraded to priority and cheese plate etc... because we are frequent customers, thanks lots Showboat. I’ve told family, friends, colleagues and clients about this amazing experience. It was wonderful - the staff friendly, attentive, professional and polite. Cruise duration was fantastic at 3hrs. The boat provided open views. Dining - incredibly fresh - small but elegant portions It was impeccably clean and obviously hygienic staff seen cleaning the common areas giving confidence that our covid safety was a priority. My family are definitely returning for experiences and birthday celebrations

Can i just say we were so impressed with the food. It was my dads birthday and we chose to Dine with friends. We couldn't get over the quality and the portion size. We will definitely be back. I failed to mention it was my dads birthday so missed out on a sparkler, that's ok not to worry, next time. Please tell your chefs and Kitchen staff to keep doing what they are doing. It was trust amazing.

We all had a fantastic night on the Showboat, the whole experience was memorable and well worth the wait. Originally we had booked for my actual 60th Birthday-28th March 2020. Covid put an end to this date, you had glacially given us a refund. We had also booked accommodation at The Star which we had to give a future date for, that is why we chose to come last weekend, we finally completed the whole weekend as it was originally intended to be. Found this cruise on a darling harbour website. Drinks package was a great addition. Food quality excellent. Fantastic staff, particularly the elder gentleman who was the COVID officer - he addressed us by name (a nice touch!) and was very attentive, and he took some great photos for us. No complaints. Will do this again if we ever find ourselves with a spare night in Sydney (we are from interstate).

I primarily chose this cruise as it was more suited to a casual experience. Most of the other dinner cruises were full of loud music and drunk party goers. We did not watch much of the cabaret show but spent time on the top deck enjoying the sites of Sydney harbour. The cruise was very full yet there was plenty of free space on the boat to enjoy some quiet time if required. The boat offered exceptional views of the harbour, due to its size. The meals were nice however the entrees were too spicy.

I really enjoyed the cruise from the moment of entering the boat until the last moment. The staff went above and beyond to make the cruise memorable and special by celebrating my wife's birthday. A cruise which i would highly recommend to my friends & colleagues.

My husband has dementia,so I waited until my daughter could come from Rockhampton and we chose her birthday to be the reason we went on the cruise and stayed in the city. It was a magic experience for both of us. Thank you so much. I have already taken a friend on the lunchtime cruise as a thank you to her and this too was wonderful, but this night time paddle wheel and show cruise on a balmy night after all the storms was sublime. I had been on the showboat cruise when I was a teenager with my family. I loved the experience and always wanted to experience it again. I recall a Wedding party being on board ship and a fantastic singer and comedian also. This latest experience excelled that in that the level of dancing and expression was fantastic. I loved the artistic representation of the dances and how they incorporated various cultures. Well done to all!

We were swapped to the Showboat which was a fantastic option. (We were told it was because of low bookings maybe just say 'due to operational requirements' next time). The swap was great for us, Katie on the phone was fabulous, the lady at the Wharf 5 counter was fabulous, boarding and all the staff were great. We had a wonderful time and the entertainment was wonderful. We only had one issue at the end of the night to be told we would be charged for a bottle of wine which we were told at the start of the night was included. We have been on the Majestic cruise many times with overseas visitors and each time was simply excellent. The staff friendly the food was wonderful so many choices and lots of food. Many years ago my husband spotted the Majestic on the harbour since then we always go with yourselves.

I didn't expect much from a tourist view on boat cruises since the turnaround is constant. Majestic Cruises by far exceeded my expectations. The options were explained to me and no pressure to select. Boarding was fast and the restaurant was very clean. The choice of food was very good. Guide was informative and the trip was a pleasure. This was an excellent cruise for the cost. The dinner and show was well organised. The dancers and vocalist were fantastic and did well to include the diners. We have been to the French show and the Lido in Paris and we both enjoyed this more.

Enjoy the whole process when we first booked in the gentleman was very professional and nice.On the cruise with the staff was fantastic very friendly and best of all I enjoyed the commentary. If it’s possible to get the commentary transcribed into hard copy The only downfall it wasn’t made clear to us that our journey would end at Darling Harbour. Australian Cruise Group has been fantastic since the very beginning, no request is ever too small. My guests were so impressed with the food and service on board. We chose this cruise for all of the above reasons. All you can eat buffet with seafood, large outer decks for outdoor viewing, right price and value for money cruise. Our only suggestion is a drop off at Circular Quay for ease of public transport. The ferry service from Barangaroo is hourly late evening & the finish time misses the second last ferry by about 5 minutes.

Very happy with the whole experience. All the staff from Sunil at the booking office to the crew of the vessel were fantastic. We have done a similar trip on another line and this was definitely the very best.
