Extremely happy with this overall experience. Paula in reservations has been professional and good to work with through uncertain times. You have been very accommodating with a few postpones and changing in numbers. Juliana went above and beyond on the night. I was so impressed with her general friendliness, positive attitude and just overall customer service. I felt like I was very well taken care of. She also took special care of our vegan guests which was really appreciated. Well done!!!

I booked my 50th birthday dinner cruise for 40 people with Cecile and she has been so helpful with the planning and preparation leading up to the event. The cruise director, staff and crew were so very helpful, friendly and accomodating to my friends and family on the private deck. I could not speak more highly of the level of service of this company.
