  • We recommend all guests arrive at the wharf at least 15 minutes prior to commencement of boarding time to collect your boarding pass. Please allow sufficient time for travel as all of our cruises will depart at the designated time on your cruise confirmation
  • The boat will not wait for any passengers beyond the designated departure time. Even in the instance a few passengers within a group are running late, the boat will not wait for them to join the cruise. No refund or credit will be issued for passengers who do not board the cruise on time
  • Please note that whilst we are delighted to welcome well-behaved children on board our vessels/cruising restaurants, we do not provide high chairs due to safety reasons. If you have infants, like an airline, you must book and pay the relevant price and declare at time of booking, as they must be included in the manifest. If infants are booked, we will facilitate extra space for stroller or pram on request.
  • We would appreciate the support of all adults / parents to ensure that all children onboard under the age of 17 must remain seated at the table. If children are on the outer decks, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that their children do not run around the boat, which may cause safety issues. It is also important to ensure children do not disturb any other passengers.  Failure to comply may lead to the removal of the group from the vessel. The company will not be responsible for any accidents due to non-compliance to this strict guideline.
  • Photography of the show is strictly prohibited
  • Cruise program and schedule is subject to change
  • There are no baby-changing facilities on board
  • Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests for split bills onboard. Each table will be presented with 1 bill for all additional onboard purchases. Credit card payments are preferred.
  • We strictly adhere to NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines and house policies are strictly enforced.
  • Intoxicated guests will not be permitted access to board the vessel
  • No activity that encourages excessive alcohol consumption is permitted
  • Alcohol will not be served to intoxicated guests
  • We do not serve ‘shots’ or ‘doubles’
  • Alcohol service to minors is not permitted
  • No guest is permitted to bring or remove alcohol from the vessel
  • Our aim is to ensure that all our guests enjoy the harbour in a safe and professionally managed environment.
  • Please assist our staff in meeting the requirements of Responsible Service of Alcohol.
  • We ask you to please respect the residential neighbourhood when disembarking our vessel.
  • All cruises operate subject to minimum loading to make it viable. The Company reserves the right to transfer your booking to a similar cruise on the same cruise date. We will advise you details of your new cruise by forwarding you a new e-ticket with all the cruise details. We will always endeavour to assign you to a cruise that operates closer to your departure time and duration of cruise. On receiving your new e-ticket please review the cruise details including the menu and inclusions. If you wish to not proceed with the scheduled new cruise please forward the new e-ticket to the following email (res@australiancruisegroup.com.au) at least 24 hours prior to departure so that we can reschedule your cruise to the next available departure.
