  • ONCE THIS TICKET IS BOOKED, IT IS NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 
  • You can transfer your ticket to another person, however must advise us (help@australiancruisegroup.com.au) by email 72 hours prior to cruise.

  • Fireworks Display Conditions: Since 1999, guests have always enjoyed prime views of the fireworks display from the exclusion zone assigned for cruise boats by NSW authorities. Your Captain will make every effort to position the vessel for optimum viewing of the fireworks display. The exact location of the vessel cannot be guaranteed due to the heavy traffic and congestion on the harbour on NYE and the prevailing weather conditions. If the fireworks – which are organised by the NSW and Local Government – are cancelled for any unforeseen reason, there will be no partial or full refund offered by Australian Cruise Group. 
  • Requests for menu variations or dietary requirements will be politely refused.
  • The cruise operator will enforce Responsible Service of Alcohol at all times.
