Q : How can I modify or cancel a booking?
A : Bookings made on this agent site cannot be amended or cancelled. In order to modify or cancel a booking please phone or fax our Reservations Staff, quoting your order ID.

Q : Where do I add comments for my booking?
A : Special comments required on your booking must be added by our Reservations Staff or your Sales Manager. Please do not use the comments in the payment section for general comments as this will not show on your booking confirmation.

Q : What is my tour reference number?
A : Your tour reference number is your own reference number for the booking. For example, the tour code or guest surname.

Q : Why did my booking confirm for only one guest?
A : Clicking on a price from the 15 day calendar will search availability for the number of guests entered into the box on the left. If nothing is entered this will search for one guest. When adjusting the number of tickets you must click the search button to refresh the calendar and update availability for the given number of tickets.

Q : Can I send an email confirmation to more than one person?
A : No, the option to send the invoice and boarding pass via email only allows for one email address.

Q : Can I make a tentative booking?
A : No, the bookings made on this system are classified as confirmed. Once you reach the last screen which says your booking was successful the booking status is confirmed. Tentative bookings must be sent to our Reservations Staff by either fax or email.

Q : What do I do if there is no availability on the day that I wish to book?
A : If a cruise is not running N/A will appear in the calendar. If a cruise is almost full a phone image will appear, and you can contact your sales manager to check how many seats are available, or possibly another date.
