Departing from the Cultural Centre Pontoon on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, the experience includes a complimentary charcuterie platter onboard, music and relaxed riverside dining after the cruise.

As the cruise leaves the Cultural Centre Pontoon, the river reflects the last light of the day before the bridges and skyline gradually come alive after dark. The pontoon sits roughly 50m upstream of the Victoria Bridge and 300m upstream of the Wheel of Brisbane, directly in front of the Cultural Centre precinct (home to the Museum and State Library).

  • 5:30pm: Depart on your Brisbane Sunset River Cruise, with easy listening music and a complimentary charcuterie platter served onboard.
  • En route: Cruise past Brisbane's illuminated skyline, including the Story Bridge and Kangaroo Point Cliffs, as the city lights reflect across the river.
  • 7:00pm: Return to the Cultural Centre Pontoon and take a short walk to the nearby Plough Inn.

  • An individual booking is defined as all bookings having less than 10 passengers on a single E-ticket. Individual bookings require full payment at time of booking.

  • Group bookings are defined as all bookings for 10 or more passengers on a single E-ticket. Group bookings can be made with a partial payment of 20% as deposit. The balance amount must be paid 7 days before the cruise date.

  • The vessel accommodates folding wheelchairs onboard, and both the pontoon and surrounding pathways are wheelchair accessible.

  • The vessel carries up to 65 guests, with 42 seats in the sheltered indoor area
  • This cruise operates Thursday, Friday and Saturday only, with seasonal departure times of 5:30pm in winter and 6pm in summer
