What exactly is included in the Whitehaven Beach + Great Barrier Reef Tour & Sunset Sail Combo?
This package includes two experiences: a full-day Viper Outer Great Barrier Reef cruise visiting Hill Inlet, Whitehaven Beach and Bait Reef; on a separate day you will enjoy a two-hour Lady Enid Sunset Sail with an Aperol Spritz on arrival and an antipasto platter. The scenic flight is an optional upgrade, not included in the base price.

Why isn't the scenic flight included in the package?
The scenic flight is available as an upgrade so guests can choose whether they want the full aerial perspective on top of the two on-water experiences. Adding it completes all three experiences; leaving it out still gives you two exceptional days on the water.

Can the Viper cruise and the sunset sail be done on the same day?
No. It is not possible to do both in a single day. Viper returns to Coral Sea Marina at approximately 5:00pm, and the Lady Enid Sunset Sail departs at 4:15pm.

Do I need to be a strong swimmer for this package?
A confident level of swimming is required for the snorkel safari on the Viper day. Non-swimmers are very welcome to join the cruise and enjoy the beach and boat time without entering the water. The Lady Enid Sunset Sail involves no swimming at all.

Is there any age restriction for these experiences?
Viper requires guests to be at least 130cm tall. The Lady Enid Sunset Sail is a relaxed, social adults-only experience. Please confirm any specific age-related requirements at the time of booking if travelling with younger guests.

Can I drink alcohol on both experiences?
An Aperol Spritz is included on arrival for the Lady Enid Sunset Sail, and additional drinks are available for purchase on board. Viper is a completely dry vessel — no alcohol is sold or permitted, and guests found to be intoxicated will not be permitted to snorkel.

Are meals included across both experiences?
Yes. The Viper day includes morning tea, a full buffet lunch, and afternoon tea. The Lady Enid Sunset Sail includes an antipasto platter with prawns, crackers and cheese. Neither experience requires guests to organise their own food.

Will I visit Whitehaven Beach on both experiences?
The Viper day includes a stop at Whitehaven Beach and the Hill Inlet lookout. The Lady Enid Sunset Sail is an evening sail through the islands rather than a beach landing. You'll see the Whitsundays from the water on both, but the Whitehaven Beach visit happens on the Viper day.

Do I get picked up from my accommodation?
Viper offers complimentary transfers within the Airlie Beach area (Cannonvale to Jubilee Pocket) on request — please note this in your booking comment. The Lady Enid Sunset Sail checks in directly at Coral Sea Marina. Neither experience offers pickup from island resorts.

Can I add the scenic flight to my booking after purchase?
Yes, the scenic flight upgrade can be added when booking or afterwards, subject to availability.
