A ‘no-show’ refers to any confirmed passenger who fails to board the vessel prior to scheduled departure. Please note, we make every effort to ensure our cruises depart on time. It is highly recommended that all passengers are ready for boarding 15 minutes prior to the stated time.
An individual booking is defined as all bookings having less than 10 passengers on a single E-ticket. Individual bookings require full payment at time of booking.

Group bookings are defined as all bookings for 10 or more passengers on a single E-ticket. Group bookings can be made with a partial payment of 20% as deposit. The balance amount must be paid 7 days before the cruise date.

Is this cruise suitable for group bookings?
Yes. This is the perfect package for group bookings as it includes drinks for the duration of the cruise; no hassle of bar tabs or split bills.

What's included in the all-inclusive drinks package?
Your ticket includes Australian wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks for the full cruise, plus a welcome glass of bubbles. Premium and spirit beverages can be purchased separately at the bar.

Can some guests opt out of drinks and pay less?
No. The all-inclusive wine, beer and soft drink package is built into every ticket, so pricing is the same per person regardless of how much anyone drinks.

Can I add an oyster platter for the whole table?
Yes. The Sydney Rock oyster platters, with or without caviar, can be added for the group at the time of booking. Please note that there are only half a dozen oysters in each platter.

Will I get seasick, and do you provide seasickness tablets?
The vessel is a stable catamaran, but as Sydney Harbour is a working harbour some movement is normal. If you're prone to seasickness, a herbal ginger tablet before boarding is recommended.

Is the vessel wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Wheelchair access is available on the main deck, with a wheelchair-accessible toilet.
