There is all day car parking available at Sultan Parking, 41 Evans Street Or Market Place Car Park. It caters for all types of vehicles and is a 600m walk to the meeting point for your cruise. The car park accepts only credit/debit card and phone app payments.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible cancellation policy if you are suffering from illness. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms then it is not recommended to travel on the cruise. We would encourage you to contact us and change the cruise date or cancel your booking. (Use the contact number on the booking confirmation). Full refund will be provided if you advise us atleast 8 hours prior to departure so that we have an opportunity to re-sell the seats.
For cancellations in other circumstances, we reserve the right to charge 100% for cancellations within 36 hours of departure. Bookings are fully flexible up to 36 hours prior to the tour departure. Cancellation should be notified via call/email to the phone number/email address mentioned in the booking confirmation.
